Poor service
I was told I will get my refund I submitted all the documents that were requested over 2 weeks ago, till today there is no refund, no communication, the Whatsapp line is utterly useless and phones are not answered.
Can someone at HYPA give me feedback about my refund I have been struggling with you guys for over a month now.
What should one do to be taken seriously by you people.
