Bad service, my details have not been updated, whenever i make payment, my account does not reflect as if its has been paid and therefore they suspend my service. Issue has taken them over two months to sort out.

Cashier from Clicks Burgundy Square Stole my phone, I put my car keys, wallet and phone and while I was attending to my son, she took my phone. I asked the Manager and conveniently for them, they don't have cameras.
Bad customer service. They are only interested in collecting money. When it comes to making sure that the service they are offering works, they dont care. I log a call on the 15 of August for my faulty internet connection which drops every few minutes. They have not helped. When I ask to speak to the manager, they are always on another call and never come back. Will not recommend their service to anyone. I have been paying for almost three months for nothing.
My cousin bought a pair of shoes at JOhn CRaig Richards bay for a wedding that he was going to attend. On the day of the wedding, when he was wearing the shoes he could feel that the left shoe was a bit tight . he then took the shoes off and realized that the sized are not the same. The left shoe is a different size then the right. When he tried to go back to the store JOhn CRaig Richardsbay, they refused to give him the correct size. how can a store do that, he must now wear size 7 and 8? PLease rectify this error because it is on your side. THanks
<p>These people are not professional, they do not call you back. On of the ladies there said she cannot help me because she is going to lunch.</p> <p> </p> <p>I feel sorry for the owner of the company becaue his/her business is being run by unprofessional people.</p>
