The WhatsApp support chat is not helpful. They simply sent me the below and closed the chat which does not help or answer my query in anyway. I have send multiple tickets to Sanlam in the past two weeks seeking assistance on my policy with no response at all, I phoned them and waited for an available agent for over 2 hours, I opted for the WhatsApp agent chat and also I waited with no help or response from an agent. Sanlam never used to be like this, I’d get assistance in less than 24 hours.
I’ve had to contact WhatsApp support multiple times, and it’s consistently been difficult to get the help I need. They often respond with a single line and close the chat without fully understanding my request. Recently, they told me to log a ticket and then open a new chat with the reference number. I followed these instructions, but when I opened the chat again, I was given the exact same instructions as before, im done with HYPA.
