I app**** for a loan a month ago with them and they did a debicheck of R98 which was not refunded back into my account..then today i got debited R98 again and i have never recieved any money from them
Reduce my wifi exoense to R309 so tjey activated my line but gave me the wrong router number and password..been trying tp contact them from last week saturday still no help till today
I enquired for a package reducement from R430 to R309...then i paid on the 28 of May..now they said my line is activr but the password they provided is not working neither matching my wifi house router been trying to contact them but keep me waiting on the line with no proper help...now am sitting here frastruated woth no wifi that is paid for!
Hi i took contract twin phones in 2 december 2022 i have not missed one payment and now the problem is from few months back they have been deducting more money than they should i tried several times to call them and fix this issue but they not helping..what worst is last month they deducted R855 but the agreement was R550 or so...i asked them for a detailed bill for last month that makes my bill accumulate to this amount..i called and they kept me on the line for like 20 or more minutes with no help at the end..when they sent the statement they were suppose to take 643 but they took 855 instead so i really want them to refund what dont belong to them and explain what those R100 invoices am paying for that i dont know about.thank you
GreetingS..my name is Beryl from Amanzimtoti i made an online order from Pnp asap App today around 11:00 so something to 12 i recieved the parcel and it was not mine so i made a call to the customer care department and promised to sort out my issue but till now i got nothing! I called them 4 times now..they then promised for it to be delivered at 3 still nothing..been wasting my airtime and all and worst part there was my neighbours suppose to be present for todays invitation..I ended up not going because of this matter...thanks BERYL
I would like to share my horrible experience with winklespruit kfc deive thru.. The lady was sooo disgustingly rude to us we ended up ordering and not pay for our meal nor take it..she must be repremended! Or even fired if possible! There's no possible way you could treat customers like that!
