If I could give them 0 I would. My WiFi has been off for 2days I work from home and study online. I tried to call and send countless emails however they never respond. The service consultants pick up the phone ask you for your details then keep quiet. They are the worst. I am very disadvantaged by this. I don't recommend this service provider to anyone
I received great assistance from Mpho Tsunyane from Absa life claims. She had empathy and went an extra mile for me and my Mom. We need more hero's like her in the world
