VERY BAD SERVICE
VERY BAD SERVICE so they took my birthday voucher and never got my food, claiming they not seeing it on the system after having me wait for a very long time. they took my BIRTHDAY VOUCHER and stiffed my food. would definitely not recommend this place.

Bad treatment at Soshanguve Crossing Mall
HelloP... I learned about this platform after me and girlfriend experienced a horrific oddile by Soshanguve taxi association people right inside the mall. My girlfriend was pulled out of a vehicle after she requested a bolt ride for us to take us home. The security officer said to us "go ahead to the mall manager, he agreed with them that NO BOLT IS ALLOWED IN HERE " Please assist on how to resolve this situation please..

HelloP... I learned about this platform after me and girlfriend experienced a horrific oddile by Soshanguve taxi association people right inside the mall. My girlfriend was pulled out of a vehicle after she requested a bolt ride for us to take us home. Harassment at Soshanguve Crossing
As a person with disability was physically harassed by the Center manager & Taxi patrollers because I used a Bolt ride... A mall was supposed to be friendly zone when going to buy Medication, but to my surprised the Center Manager pushed me when trying to complain about the abuse from Taxi Patrollers

Worst nightmare
Today at the crossing, I witnessed something that I never thought could happen to me. Since I am new in the area, I didn't know that Bolt is not allowed at the crossing. So, I requested Bolt since I had groceries. To my surprise, as soon as I got in the car, the taxi guys came and started pulling me out of the car. Before I knew it, I was slapped. As we speak now, I am at the Soshanguve police station trying to open a case. I want to know what the management of the crossing is saying about these assaults that have just happened to me. From my understanding as a customer of the mall, I have the right to choose whichever mode of transport I want to use, and I feel so hopeless now.

Bulling of Taxi Industry people in crossing mall
I am a disabled pensioner living in Soshanguve but I am unable to access my constitutional rights because of the Abuse/Bulling/******ion manner I have received from the Taxi Association members inside the mall premises..I am doable from the waist below i am unable to use a taxi because of my condition so i am using e-hailing services..When i was being Pick up by one of the e-hailing driver we were both attacked my taxi association people they forcefully dragged me out of the car which I feel it’s within my rights to use e-hailing services because of my condition.My plea to the management of the mall u have lost a client in me and definitely you will lose others if you don’t resolve these problem.These people who are bulling us,let us use our money the way we choose too
