I was charged for extra toppings even though the menu price included a cup or cone with your nutty dip....the lady at the cashier insisted shes the manager at the chatsworth centre branch I can see she charged me R33 for the nutty dip and 12.90 extra for topping I never had upon asking her about it I was forced and surrounded by her colleagues to cover this up nomvuyo i am absolutely missed
Vrewards program listen to atleast ten calls of how unhelpful every staff is and the robbing nature of everything we work so hard we follow up send slips it doesnt matter for just employment and paying your vrewards stuff for nothing.....
I work for vodacom and have an incentive program that suppose to pay me out everytime I make sales the department constantly never helps they rob us of our hard earned money for example I suppose to get 2000 for selling 5 phones they paid me 1000 almost everymonth they rob us like this not paying correctly and do nothing about it
I went into the casino and walked around for a while accompanied by my wife,we received to services or even a conversation from the staff. We decided to sit and try a machine which had a sign indicted we can insert a bill or ticket to add credit to the slot machine to play. I had decided to cash out the small amount of R204, to which the machine directed me to call for an attended,he had informed us that the machine does not take notes or tickets to which was strange since every machine in the casino has the signs indicating they accept. I'm trying to resolved the matter it took them one hour I had just been sitting there,further more I was made to follow a line to create a day card and then get my money. It took Suncoast casino and it's multiple staff an hour of my vacction for a mistake that was labeled on the machine,if time means nothing to sun coast casino they simply don't value there customers
I have just placed an order on mr delivery. At the same second I wanted to cancel my order by an option that does allow me to by calling a specific number. The in app number did not work infact a trick to make sure once the order is placed theres nothing they can do. I was refused assistance over email by chandre. c Support <info@mrd.com> he did not even listen to what ive told him clearly a cusotmer does not matter long as he rep**** the the mail he did his job... I firstly would like someone from mr delivery to contact me as per google and your app your numbers dont work non existent i will take this up with the CRA. How can you tell your customer i can cancel an order long as they dont start preparing it. I phoned the same second i placed the order because you can't contact mr delivery its my problem? Someone better reply to this....!!!!
This disgusting behavior my food was left on the road and my account charged for this bull**** uber eats driver was pathetic i sent numerous messgaes what a **** you guy better get back to me on this
It was completely disappointing I was disgusted by the way your employees conduct themselves and treat customers someone has better to resolve my matter because customer service likes the one I received at nandos Chatsworth is horrible and truly the worst behaviour an employee can have
