Huge Suncoast Casino ****
Be careful for Suncoast casino online ****. They promise new clients that register that you will get R200 bonus to play,which my son did and he won, when he wanted to with draw the money he won they told him to deposit R350 to become VIP1 to be able to withdraw his money. He did that the the told him his banking details is incorrect.They then asked him to deposit another R450 to become VIP2 to be able to change his banking details so he can get his winning withdrawals. He is still waiting.

Be careful for Suncoast casino online ****. I had an amazing breakfast this morning thanks to the waitress and manager that served us at daytona spur in suncoast casino. The manager was Fiona and I didn't quite get the waitresses name. The staff was friendly and pleasant. It was such a pleasure to be seated in a chaos less restaurant.

Sun coast casino and their unprofessional and no process having ways
I went into the casino and walked around for a while accompanied by my wife,we received to services or even a conversation from the staff. We decided to sit and try a machine which had a sign indicted we can insert a bill or ticket to add credit to the slot machine to play. I had decided to cash out the small amount of R204, to which the machine directed me to call for an attended,he had informed us that the machine does not take notes or tickets to which was strange since every machine in the casino has the signs indicating they accept. I'm trying to resolved the matter it took them one hour I had just been sitting there,further more I was made to follow a line to create a day card and then get my money. It took Suncoast casino and it's multiple staff an hour of my vacction for a mistake that was labeled on the machine,if time means nothing to sun coast casino they simply don't value there customers

Unhappy customer 😔
I visited KFC Suncoast today remember it was my first time entering there I expected an amazing service but I was so disappointed The Cashier was very rude to me instead of suggesting what I need, I needed 7 pieces since we were 7 instead of suggesting she said I'm undecided I can wait aside in oder for her to continue to the other customers...she is very rude sheim...i ended up asking help to the other lady She didn't even give me my pieces selection because of her ****** bad attitude Her name is Zama M I left there unhappy and very angry

Disappointment with the condition of your cinema I am writing to express my disappointment with the condition of your cinema. On October 22nd, which was my wedding anniversary, I took my wife to Suncoast for a meal and a movie. We had booked tickets for a film showing in Cinema 7. Unfortunately, throughout the entire movie, the roof was leaking, making for a very uncomfortable experience. The popcorn we purchased became soaked, and our clothes were drenched due to the leaking roof. We reported this issue to the staff at the counters, who mentioned that the cinema had been closed the previous day. They took our details and assured us that management would reach out to us. I have also reported this incident online and on Cinecentre WhatsApp line, However, we have yet to receive any feedback.

Stop with the rigging of machines and give more free spins.
As a regular Suncoast visitor at the casino.,it no longer is a joy to visit the casino.Before you could go and play with R500 and stay for hours playing on the slots.The machines are rigged so badly that is so terrible.You can sit for almost 2 hours and don't get a free spin.When you eventually do get a free spin it does not even pays you nothing.The machines roll down so fast that you can see it in plain sight that the free spins jump down so fast.The pot closes and which ever one you pic it's always the mini win.Its so sad because one use to enjoy going there to play.All you hear customers these days complaining how the machines only take your money and hardly any free spins.I use to be a frequent slots player ,now I barely go there because they just take and take.Theres no more R10 tables which is sad.Mr Reddy stop *****ing people money and putting in your pocket.Make it a pleasure to go to the casino,not chase customers away.Are you covering up for the cars you giveaway.Why month end you know people get paid and have money you just take and take.Its a shame.You rich enough.Give people a chance.Another thing I noticed is that only 2 races win all the time.Are the cards rigged also.What a shame on you Suncoast casino.
