I have cancelled Vuma Tel in November 2025 and debit order went off, while I already had another Wi-Fi service. I did not request a refund then, but Dec 2025 they debited my account again and I requested a refund on the 12/12/25. According to them a refund takes 10- 15 days to be processed. Needless to say, I'm still waiting for the refund. This is really ridiculous. They keep saying the matter has been escalated. Be careful of Vuma Tel.
Be careful for Suncoast casino online ****. They promise new clients that register that you will get R200 bonus to play,which my son did and he won, when he wanted to with draw the money he won they told him to deposit R350 to become VIP1 to be able to withdraw his money. He did that the the told him his banking details is incorrect.They then asked him to deposit another R450 to become VIP2 to be able to change his banking details so he can get his winning withdrawals. He is still waiting.

On 31 May 2025 your newly employed security guard stationed at Shoprite Liqour store in Eldorado Park and his colleagues, assaulted my son and his friend, after wrongly accussing them of *****ing. Is this how you train your staff? This is disgusting,because to think we trust that securities are there to protect the community now they go around and abuse innocent children and on top of that he still had an attitude after the cashier told him he was wrong. Community please be careful of ADT Security.
On 31 May 2025 my son went to Shoprite liqourshop in Eldorado Park with his friend to buy drinks for their party. After they paid the adt security guard stopped them and then accussed them of *****ing.My son and friend told him to search them, because they not *******. The security guard got violent with them and called in other security gaurds to beat them.The cashier who was working there for long and know my son told the security gaurd that he was wrong,because they did not ***** anything and she apologized for what happened.She said the adt security guard is new.My son asked to speak to the manager at the store. She was so rude and I am ashamed to call her a manager,because clearly she does not know what is her role as a manager. Her name is Remdani Mabalama. Please get rid of unskilled staff, because they are a huge risk to the society.
I went to Steers yesterday to buy Wacky Wednesday at Southgate. I placed my order and asked how long it will take and was told 10 to 15min.I told them it's okay I;ll come back later. When I came back I saw ready orders and went to ask if mine was amongst them and was told no. I took a seat and waited. I saw my oder was preparing #261 but this order never moved from the 1st in que. I did not say anything but noticed that I was being watched from the staff at the back and in front. I kept quiet and waited over 30 min now then out of the blue a lady brought my order to my table without asking my number or anything. I thought it was strange but I was running late I left. When we wanted to eat the burgers my son told me to taste my granddaughters burger and I realized the chicken was off. I phoned Steers 4 times and phone was dropped in my ears when I asked the details of manager she told me she will phone me back. IU phoned again and eventually the lady that answered told me her name is Lebo and she is the manager. I could sense that she knew me coz I did not have to explain she started apologizing and told me to come see her the next day she will give me a full chicken. I told her can never trust Steers again.
I'm still waiting for feedback from Cartrack since I send my review on the 10/05/24.It seems like the same response they sending to all their unhappy clients,but don't do anything about it instead after my review I can't log into the app.
I'm so disappointed in Cartrack in regards with handling accounts and clients. My monthly payment increased end of March and I immediately asked for a downgrade after the debit order, because of financial stress. They requested a once off fee of R350 and then I will pay the R99 monthly. They deducted the amount of R350 same time,I reversed the payment because they did not come back to me after I gave them the migration form.I phoned in to asked them what is happening,because the once of fee of R350 went off but no confirmation was given to me. I was told that I must pay the once of fees and then they will downgrade and I them that I will pay the fee ,as long as I will pay R99 next debit order date. They confirmed with me that I will pay the R99 next debit order so I made the once of payment fee.This did not happen and they still deducting the R181. I send emails and watsup to them,but nothing is happening.
I received a call from Outsurance sales agent on the 09/02/2023 who said that he would like to offer me a better car insurance premium. I then asked him if it's true what the promotion ad is saying that you can get R500 if they cannot better your premium etc and he said yes. He couldn't better my premium and started pushing the household insurance on to me.After we have done, I asked him again how are they going to give me my money as advertised.He told me he will send me a link. Asanda Ntombela never send the link.After 2days I phoned the call center and a lady helped me and send the link, which I completed. Needless to say no feedback from them.I phoned on the 17/02/2023 and was helped by a lady who kept phoning back after she could not answer my questions,She eventually told me that I do not qualify because I'm an existing client.I told her that I am not because their agent did not explain any such thing to me that if I take out a house hold insurance that day that I won't qualify.They are scams. They are just looking for reasons not to pay but they the ones thats advertising this all over.
My car tyre had a nail in and I phoned Miway for assistance.I was helped by Jade Seathlolo . She is very professional and have good customer care skills.
