Pathetic Customer Service.. Don't want to refund me on airfryer that is not working. Replaced it after it was 3 times in for repairs and new one is still not working. Doesn't give feedback nor answering emails or whatsapps. New one is nearly 3 weeks at them again.

I ordered two fridges from them, online. Both fridges were faulty, and still under warranty. I reported the fault and requested for repairs. One fridge was repaired and the other was deemed irreparable as such, they said they would collect the fridge and refund me. I followed their refund procedure, with a lady named Sannah and waited, after 10 days, still no refund. I then called Sannah but did not get ahold of her aand emailed to find out what the issue was, she called back and I was told that there was an issue with the refund process and as a result I would have to go to the nearest store to collect my refund there in cash. I was told they'd call the Fourways store to find out when they'd have cash, but was never called back. I called back today and spoke to Sannah again and was Still told I have to wait for that particular store to have cash. This seems pretty shady and I'm not sure what is going here. Is this the regular way stores handle refunds? Even the issue with refunds not being sent via EFT was never explained via emails, only on the calls.

We lay bye a microwave. After 3 months we were told they sold everything and gave our money back. Very unfair and therefore will never support them again

Logged a complaint with the store and for obvious reasons there was no sense of urgency on my query I had to call /email them every day. Eventually on the 9th of Feb they were collected from my home to their “warehouse” . Today is March 04 and I am still waiting for my couches that I paid cash for or at least feed back that I don’t have to beg for. Their service is a mess from the ground up. I am definitely fed up and want my money back . Your Staff know nothing about client experience, Client retention ,Client satisfaction, sunset principles and end to end communication. Alexander Bouwer Has to learn to read emails first thing he gets to office so he can follow up on clients queries. We cannot teach you everything. You are in a wrong profession Sir.

Checkers Outdoor Brackenfell: I would like to compliment Shari-leigh at the Checkers Outdoor Brackenfell branch on her absolute AMAZING service this afternoon, Friday, 27/02/2026. I can't remember when last (if ever), I received service like that. She went out of her way, over and above as to what one would expect & gave more than 200%. I can't thank her enough. Not only was she professional, but extremely friendly in her assistance. I trust that management will take note & good care of this extraordinary employee. She should be used as the example, when staff is trained in customer service. Thanks again Shari-leigh.

Less then a year ago I bought a edblo bedset from house &home Green Acres for cash. 2 months into using my new bedset I encounter some structural issues. I went back 2 house & home to complain but was told they don't deal with those issues and that I must contact the manufacturer via a worker from their shop. I communicated with this lady and was told that she will forward by complain to them. I asked her to cc that email to me for the purpose of oversight but up to date nothing .
