Excellent service from Meicy at Meadowdale Branch

I would just like to say a big thank you to Meicy at House and Home Meadowdale for her friendly and outstanding customer service. I telephoned her on Thursday 14 May after seeing a reclining lounge suite on the website, she confirmed that there was stock at the warehouse. We went in to the store to see it for ourselves, paid for it together with some dining chairs and she promised to have it ready for collection at the store the following day. She kept us updated the Friday and as promised we got our delivery on time. She even phoned me after we have unboxed to ask if we were happy with everything. She is truly a loyal employee and went above and beyond for the company. Thank you Meicy!!
