On 7th I went to House & Home at Westgate centre to return the cookerhood which was still in good condition but then the manager name Velen Naren gave me an attitude shouting at me that she cannot take it back because it's over 7 days and the guy who build cardboard for me did not leave a gap for the cookerhood the chimel one. So I wanted to exchange to the flat one but it was a big issue. I wanted to exchange and she thought I wanted money and she only understood after her argument. She doesn't have customer service and her manners towards customers is terrible and I don't think I'll buy again at House & Home. I then told her I'll report and she said I can do whatever I want to do and I really don't think she has the quality be leader/manager. She speaks as if she Is the owner of the store and I can say you've lost a customer and I'm certain I'm not the only one who has a issue there. I am very disappointed I was agitated, sugar levels high and blood pressure spiked high.
My problem is my metebox, it doesn't switch on and I can't recharge. I've been calling them since last week Wednesday they keep giving me reference numbers and I'll get a messathat everything is back to normal but when I arrive home it's still the same. Yesterday I went to their offices at Zola they said they'll fix it , later I got a message saying everything has been fixed but when I got home it was still off. I live with a pensioner that depends on oxygen machine and I won't be able to help them without any electricity. I've been trying to call their supervisor Senzo 0734258086 but I've gotten no response and the other day when I was talking to one of their call agents I was told to go buy solar panels,they are very disrespectful. My meter box is 22201259300. So I need help as we need electricity ASAP.
