I've been using pace car rental for months, am happy clients, their professionalism is on another level. East London
Am writing this complaint letter to a Supervisor who was very rude to my sister in Mthatha. My sister traveled 35kms to buy groceries at spar, then when she got home unpacking groceries the kale was rotten and smelling so bad, when she called them asking why are they selling rotten vegetables the supervisor was so rude to my sister. Am so disappointed and I never put my foot there ever again. The way I support this company when am doing my catering, I repeat never again
Am really not happy with your services already, I just picked up the car at East London branch for a monthly rental, when I get there, the car I booked online it was not available and they gave me another car with extras which I didn't budget for. I had to take the car because am desperate. Am new client.
I bought washing machine front loader last year September now it stopped working, I've been calling this furniture telling they will come and take a look till today they didn't come mind you I have my clothes stucked inside the machine, including my work uniform am so frustrated.
I work at Amber luxury Venue as Executive Chef, last Friday I got a delivery around 9:20am when I receive the order all my invoice were ticked off as far as am concerned I was the only one who is allowed to tick the invoices to check everything is there and sign. Now let me tell what's ****ed me off, they came with all the orders they say, and I asked them to not leave without me checking everything is here and guess what the was a lot missing when I asked the delivery man where is the rest of the groceries because am missing a lot here and he said I took out everything, then I showed him what's missing then he went back to the truck and came back with all the missing groceries, I asked him when you said to me you are done offloading what was that all about, he couldn't answer. If I didn't go through that invoice they were not gonna say anything, and that's *****ing and I was gonna lose my job. I was ****ed off the whole day. I still need answers.
Am not ok when I went to pick up my delivery that I sent myself from Johannesburg to East London when I receive the parcel it was Open and my new cutlery was not there, am really not happy.
Discovery bank am really not happy with your services now, at first I was until I paid at the lounge in O.R Tambo airport, you said to me when i opened an account with you guys I will have a free access to all lounges at any airport, why did I end up paying? You need to refund my money otherwise I will close the account.
The service I got from your employee called Jeremy in East London who came in my house at Umlele Estate in Kidds beach was Amazing and very Professional am happy client. Now am ****roach free, thank you once more.

Good Hello Peter team, today I went to Absa bank in East London oxford road branch, I wait for 45 to an hour to be assisted by the Consultant, when it was my turn, I went straight to Sbulelo Diko's table he asked for my ID then after asking for my ID he asked me to again he needs to attend another client, which ****ed me off, and very unprofessional, I left the branch without being helped and I thank God I moved my salary to Nedbank, because they are not good when it comes to customer service and I do not want anything to do with Absa ever again. Again when I go there I will go and close my Account for good at the moment am still mad. What a pathetic service.
