I paid for a fridge from your store almost two months ago, but I still have not received the item. I have already visited the store in person, attempted to speak to the manager, emailed customer service, and contacted your social media team, but no resolution has been provided. The store is now also refusing to refund my money. I am requesting immediate delivery of the fridge or a full refund within 7 days. If this matter is not resolved urgently, I will proceed with formal complaints to consumer protection authorities and continue escalating the matter publicly.
