I had the best shopping experience at House and Home Greenacres and I want to give a public shout out and recommendation to Kaycee Windvogel who was the Sales assistant helping me. This has been honestly the best buying experience because of Kaycee as I saw her go above and beyond to help me and I received the most beautiful couches and TV stand. The service was speedy and smooth! Im grateful to House and Home and Kaycee, she deserves a raise!
I'm not impressed at all. I moved in on the 30 June at Amberg Estate in Paarl and I reported broken filters and a blocked pipe for using the washing machine. My emails and messages at times would be ignored and it is now 2 months since Ive reported and I am clearly not taken seriously. I've been told to wait another week to receive a bottle of drain block. In terms of customer service, I'm highly disappointed by the lack of urgency and care I've received.
Terrible service! I recently purchased a headboard from them and it came with a permanent,dirty stain. I was told to wash it myself..after many attempts it is not going away and I was told to wait until the 4th of January. Instead of being helped, my number was blocked. Now i have a 'brand new' filthy headboard. I dont recommend the ever.
