Stay away, far away
My lawyer advised me for this to stick, stick to facts. So here are the facts that can be backup up with recordings and WhatsApps and other public complaints. - The Owner is part of a number of business at face value, websites and corresponding numbers which might eventually be answered and equally trained in the art of evasion. Known entities are Adamo Lights, Spark Equipment and Apex Tools, the last two entities exists in other forms as legitimate companies. - Former employees, service providers and customers have warned me "good luck", non payment and not as expected, respectively. - the owner admitted to "shocking communication" on his side and gave more elaborate empty promises to rectify a process that has taken 10 months with closure. - My garage installation at a residential house was paid in full in order to "qualify for a director promo discount". Schoolboy error, sad that people like this damages the online community that wants to progress a proper business. - half of the job was done at the end, unfortunately two of the electrician's in JHB was not paid on time or not at all. The job was promised in 3-4 weeks and ended up taking nearly 3 months. - part to of the other half arrived another Two months later. Product was completely different from the first product and ultra low quality. I requested replacement which I am.still waiting for almost a year after date of order. - this past Monday he called me after I started phoning his other business interests. He apologized and yet again failed.to deliver on his.promise to send me a plan and cost impact, which I was willing to pay COD just to get the job done. I have spoken to another customer(s)of his who is equally disappointed by empty promises and overpriced products in personal opinion. I furthermore noticed some bad ratings that were removed on Hello Peter, but there is always a trace. The above I formation can be legally verified by the impacted parties. Unfortunately there is no zero-star rating on this platform.

I know the feeling @Jannes. Paul de Beer makes a comfortable living by taking your hard earned money and not delivering. Watch for his next scheme called Spark machines, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY!!

STAY AWAY FROM ADAMO LIGHTS & PAUL DE BEER
The owner Paul de Beer is a criminal. Offered me 3x Hex light units at a disconneted Price only to steal my money! He contacted me and made me pay for products that never even existed.... Its been months and no money and no product. For months he lied to me before finally admiting that he is broke and there is no actual product. He used my money to try and safe his own a$$. Stay away from Adamo Lights & Paul de Beer

I placed an order for the hex light which which was delayed due to the covid restrictions, I was asked to wait until the deliveries come in as borders were closing but I asked for a refund which was done right on time as promised. I got my full refund. I will like to do business with u guys, pls tell me as soon as the order arrives so we can continue from where we stopped.
