What a pathetic airline.. We were passengers On flight KL0592 on 27 Nov 2022...No on -board entertainment system working for an 11 hour flight and all you can say is "Sorry for the inconvenience". Your only dinner option was vegetarian.....what the F? I asked for beef and was told you don't offer it...No real milk for my coffee, only powdered stuff. Breakfast time you did not even bothered to ask me for anything....had to do it myself. No one to clear the trays afterwards for 30mins....done just in time for landing.... No one to offer any beverages between meals.... And then next flight from Amsterdam to Helsinki (KL1169) that we missed because your useless "friends" at passport control......Hundreds of people to be helped with only 4 people at the desks.....Now we found out that you have been having this issue for many months....Thank for the heads-up.... You even set up a compensation fund for the many travelers that missed their flights....but now probably not even going to bother to compensate us for the extra expenses..... All this was really "fun" with a 3-year old... Thank you for ruining my holiday! Stay away from these clowns if you can!!!
Useless Customer Service!!!! Been trying for days remove the limitation they put on my account.....Unable to receive funds or make payments. Filled in their required info/documents....and no response. Been dealing with so called "Customer Service" via Facebook as that is the only platform where someone responded...Now I'm either blocked on there, or they are just ignoring me.. Nobody can tell me when this will be resolved...Only getting "We will come back to you...." Reading the other complaints here it is clear that it is the end of PayPal.
Useless Customer Service from Fedex!!! Damaged my parcel, fixed it with FedEx tape and lost half the contents....BUT still charged me as if everything was in there and refusing to take responsibility. NO reply after filling in an official claim form. Spent many weeks with multiple useless people via email....After 2 mails, they give up and I need to start all over with another consultant, team leader, junior, what ever.... Denying me my refund. I told them that the damage they caused now leaves me without a working vehicle and they now WILL pay for vehicle rental... The also delayed the replacement part and left me without working vehicle for 45 days!!! Now have the arrogance to tell me on the next parcel I can't pay the balance of what who owes who, but need to pay in FULL again....Still not want to pay my refund... The violated our Consumer Protection Act on multiple levels, and I told them it!!! The owner Paul de Beer is a criminal. Offered me 3x Hex light units at a disconneted Price only to steal my money! He contacted me and made me pay for products that never even existed.... Its been months and no money and no product. For months he lied to me before finally admiting that he is broke and there is no actual product. He used my money to try and safe his own a$$. Stay away from Adamo Lights & Paul de Beer
This little scammer Paul de Beer, is also taking me for a ride. After selling me fancy LED lights for my shop that he had in his shop (apparently), the excuses came in week after week that he is still testing, or to busy, and eventually he needs to order new stock. Then the stock is on a plane or a ship. It's been almost 3 months... I haven't even received me receipt....asked many times. He doesn't want to give refund as he doesn't have the money. Apparently his father is an attorney and he is "within his rights' with what he is doing.... He has violated the Consumer Protection Act on so many levels..... I told him I will be taking legal action. His contact numbers are: 076 634 6608 & 081 536 7187 He has scammed other people as well.. STAY AWAY FROM PAUL DE BEER / ADAMO LIGHTS!!!!!
Useless Useless Useless is all I can say.... I get international shipments on a weekly basis from all over but can't always decide who the sender will be using as a courier. UPS Parcel sent from Latvia and took less than 48 hours to arrive in SA. Not bad... But then..... For the next 21 days, nobody from UPS tried to contact me to do clearance. I finally got through to someone after eventually receiving my tracking number. Another 17 days later and MANY emails to MANY addresses later and finally someone asked for my ID number....I gave them my Importer code..... According to Custom's regulations they have 14 days to do clearance otherwise the shipment will be stored in a warehouse and will have penalties and additional fees to get it released. I made it clear from the beginning that this is no way to run an international courier service and that I will ONLY pay for Vat & duties....I will not pay any additional fees for this ****ty service. 40 days since it was sent, and I haven't even received any official documentation or clearance request. At least the SA Post Office will give you an excuse that they are "OFFLINE". STAY AWAY FROM UPS
