Bonded property transfer from Nedbank to myself

Nedbank appointed Adams & Adams to process my property title deed into my name. This request has since dragged from August 2020 to date. Whenever I followup with Nedbank, they tell me the matter is no longer in their hands and when I followup with the law firm they only confirmed that the matter has been cleared at the deeds office but they do not state what is prolonging the process. It's been 6 months now and I still do not know what is going on....I am not receiving any update irrespective of my numerous followups.
