Hi, my package was scheduled to be delivered yesterday on the 27 April 2022. The Talealot delivery team stood me up the whole day. It was automatically rescheduled for today, I waited for them again only to be buzzed by an unknown number (0623548380) at 14:43. When I called, a men replied that he was outside with my takealot package. I asked him had I not called after he buzzed me what was going to happen. He just replied that his airtime was finished and there was nothing he could do. I went outside only to find that he was not there, I called him 3 time he did not even pickup my call. I have all call stamps and recordings. I do not know who the person was but I can confirm he is male. I made a claim with Santam three weeks back , till today I am not assisted. My claim number is 207872970. Every time I call the consultant sent an email to Terri Jardine who is apparently responsible for the claim. He has never replied to the email or called me to advice what the delay is. if this is not resolved in two days. I am terminating my insurance with Santam.

Hi...Old mutual. I personally submitted all documents that prove the passing of my Father, and documents proving my mother is the legally appointed person for the deceased estate. You send an SMS stating that we must get the account statement from my father's ABSA account. The consultants say that is not allowed as the account was deactivated. Telkom charged me R202.00 penalty for missing my monthly payment. This is the first time I miss a payment in the past 4 years being with them. The penalty amount charged is ridiculous. I am currently due for an upgrade and I do not think it is wise for me to renew my contract. Telkom please urgently cancel/discontinue my current contract with immediate effect. I do not want anything to do with Telkom anymore. I will settle my outstanding debt. I asked Santam to move my insurance start date from March 1st to April 1st. They did not because they are profit driven. I made a follow-up after they debited me, and agent told me the money will be reversed and it will reflect in my account within 4 days. To date I'm not yet paid and I suffered a financial inconvenience due to the poor business practice. I want my money to pay for my child fees.
