Disappointing graduation pictures
In the main image, my eyes are closed, which significantly affects the quality and value of the photo, especially for such an important moment. I paid R450 expecting professional results that I could proudly keep, but unfortunately I am not satisfied. It is also frustrating that I could not choose another photographer, as your services were the only option provided. I would not recommend anyone use your services as many of my friends have experienced the same situation with them over several different ceremonies.

Low resolution pics at high resolution pricing- what a joke
What a disappointment after spending so much money for high resolution images, instead I got low resolution pictures. The pics I took with my phone are way way better as opposed to the nonsense I received, look like a graduation from the 70s

Ridiculous Turnaround Time
30 working days is ridiculous. It should never take that long to gather just three images. If it really does, the team needs to be expanded. I’d hate to imagine how much money flows into the business account while customers wait nearly two months for three simple pictures.

You should be reported for false advertising. I’m so disappointed with the pictures I got for such amount of money? The quality is the worst. My graduation was on the first week of May and only receiving my pictures now in June, I thought the wait was for something good but just for utter disappointment . Oh you guys are definitely not professional photographers. I’m sure you would be happy if you kud came back home with those kind of pictures. I deserve a refund

You should be reported for false advertising. I’m so disappointed with the pictures I got for such amount of money? The quality is the worst. My graduation was on the first week of May and only receiving my pictures now in June, I thought the wait was for something good but just for utter disappointment . The Quality of the pictures are extremely bad I paid sooooo much money my position is bad it's heart breaking I couldn't even email them back because I didn't know where to start 💔 I'm just heart broken saving up for pictures that look like that

I am so very dissatisfied with the quality of the pictures that was taken. Very amateur photos. To think a person paid so much money for the photographer not to even care whether or not you look proper in your poctures. Graduation pictures are supposed to be framed and unfortunately for me I paid for nothing because mine is unframable. And as was most of my group of graduates.

I ordered digital graduation pictures, when I filled in the form I call their office and the agent I was talking to guided me on how I should fill it in. After a month when I call tracking the order I am told that the picture have been printed out so I should come and collect or pay again for me to get digital picture. Even though I explained to them what I wanted and how their agent guided me to fill in the order form. Till to date I haven’t received anything.
