One of clientele agents opened a policy for my aunt under false pretence they have been deducting money from her account. We are trying to cancel but the agents are giving us run arounds. We were told to call 011 320 3000 when I called the number the agent I was talking to stated that all the agents that deal with that policy are not at work. How is that even possible?
One thing I Hate about this network you will borrow emergency airtime and not be able to use it. Whenever you try to call it will state that your balance is insufficient but when you check the balance the emergency airtime is there Mxm. Now I have to repay for something I didn’t use
I ordered digital graduation pictures, when I filled in the form I call their office and the agent I was talking to guided me on how I should fill it in. After a month when I call tracking the order I am told that the picture have been printed out so I should come and collect or pay again for me to get digital picture. Even though I explained to them what I wanted and how their agent guided me to fill in the order form. Till to date I haven’t received anything.
my friend and I requested an Uber yesterday, after the driver dropped us off he did not end the ride, we tried to call him but with no luck. When my friend contact the Uber support they claim that they can’t do anything. How?? Cause we have the drivers details and screenshots showing he did not end the trip.
Bolt deducted money from my account for a ride I don't even know about. I contacted them even today I didn't receive my refund
