What a disappointment after spending so much money for high resolution images, instead I got low resolution pictures. The pics I took with my phone are way way better as opposed to the nonsense I received, look like a graduation from the 70s
On the 20th of June I was assisted by a guy named Tlotlo I had 2 investment instruction that I requested to b cancelled.. now my account had to b overdrawn with 36k and money that is on hold to go into the tax free account is 72k , a whole 72k on top of that due to these cancellation instructions ,I loaded an instruction for 20k investment to go off on Mon the 30th of June. Now I have severely been prejudiced because I had to transfer money from a credit card in order to bring my account bank to a positive balance.. TCF was not adhered to at all , I need that money back and for the investment account to b closed so on Mon I don't get debited another 20k. Now I must suffer tax implications next year due to someone’s incompetency? I asked Tlotlo if I will not be debited 72k and he told m the instruction to cancel was submitted and that on Tuesday when it’s done he will send me an email.. Today the 28 of June I wake up to 72k “BS” This needs to b resolved and the tax issue be resolved as well coz I actioned everything on my side on time. A cancellation should not have been treated as an amendment of date to instruction. My account had to be on a negative of 36k . Now I face more interest on the credit card and and probably credit bureau credit score being affected due to credit card usage being almost 100% of the credit . I want to close the tax free investment and will find a more suitable alternative for myself were customers are treated differently. All these principles were not adhered to : TCF Outcome 1, 3, 5 and 6 .

<p>On sunday the 3rd of July i transferred funds to an incorrect number ,on Monday the 4th when i picked up the error i contacted capitec for them to assist me a reversal of the funds that i had transferred an i was told that the person i put money into accidentally must be contacted first and he must give a consent before the funds can be reversed and that i will be informed after 7 days of the status quo.On Monday the 11th i had to phone capitec again for an update and again i was told the person is unreachable.Couldn;t capitec find a better way to dela with such issues?I mean proof is there that the money was transferred accidentally to the wrong number </p>
