I was ****med by Ayana, I made a purchase online which I paid for that was subsequently marked as delivered however I have not received anything on my end. I've made several calls to the customer service number and everytime I call I am being told the matter has been escalated. This escalation has taken more than 3 weeks and I have not received any feedback or indication of where this so called escalation processs is. I am extremely disappointed and will never order from the We Are Ayana site ever again or recommend that to even my worst enemy. What a ****.
I ordered and paid for my images on the 24th of May and have not received any communication to date on their whereabouts. When will I receive my photos?
I'm highly satisfied with the service I've received from liquid capital, the consultants are very professional and efficient and they keep and provide feedback timeously to resolve queries. I'm thoroughly impressed.
If negative stars existed I'd give Kauai at Virgin Active Wonderboom a negative infinity rating. This is my second time attempting to make a purchase and there is constantly something missing or card machines not working and the staff drag their feet before you receive any sort of service and when they finally decide you're worthy of assistance their attitudes are nothing less of appauling. I honestly think a brand like Kauai needs to do better considering the exorbitant prices they charge. Kauai Virgin Active Wonderboom has the poorest customer service I've ever experienced and I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. I'm highly dissapointed.
I am extremely unhappy with the service, I've received from Rochester's online platform. I made an order on the 15th of July 2020, money was deducted from my account however the tracking information still shows as "order placed". Their turnaround time is appauling and although a consultant from their call centre promised to call me, this has not happened. I need urgent feedback on order 1400005604. Either deliver my goods or return my money because the lack of progress is really unacceptable. The service is just as poor because no one bothers to answer call. I would not recommend purchasing from Rochester to my worst enemy.
If there was a lower rating than one star they wouldn't even deserve it. One 29/11/2018 I made a payment of R9000(refundable deposit + one months rent) for a unit at Eden Sandton however due to unforeseen circumstances I had to opt out and Charlene Panther promised me that I would be refunded the full amount as I had not signed the lease agreement. I am appalled that it has now been over 3 weeks and I am still being given the run around about how it takes a few days for funds to move from one bank to another. I feel like my intelligence is being is being played with by this woman and I am about to take active steps towards going the legal route because of her dodgy and fraudulent behavior. To show her lack of ethics and accountability she does not even address legitimate complaints. The Jade Group is a sham and they scam people for their monies it is now almost a month and I am yet to see my money that I was promised would be refunded to me.

This is ridiculous and highly unacceptable, I have paid all the relevant fees and my parcel is sitting with Dawn Wing and they are acting completely clueless. At this point I feel that I have been defrauded by this company and would not recommend them to my worst enemy. I am utterly appalled by them and demand that they arrange that my parcel is delivered to me or they must give me back my money.
