UNSATISFACTORY INSTALLATION

I had an automated garage door installed by Adams Doors. The work wasn't done very professionally. Me and my son both phoned them and complained about the workmanship. They send out a team to come and investigate and ever since we've heard nothing from them again. We've requested the Marketing Manager to come and have a look, but still nothing happened.
