EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM DOTSURE
I'm not very long with Dotsure. But their service at Dotsure is immaculate! Thank you for handling my claim professionally, promp and swift. I didn't waited for days or weeks on end before my claim was paid back to me.

BAD SERVICE
My vehicle was fixed by them. But there are a part that they did not put back. Since July 2024 I'm battling to get it fixed by them. They don't keep their clients up to date on the progress. The part is on back order for quite some time now. No phone calls from them, no e-mails from them to keep you updated.

NetFlorist the Best
It was so easy and fast to order from NetFlorist. Even the delivery was done on time without any hassle. It's so much easier to order a birthday gift from them as to go to the shops and spend hours looking for a gift. Thank you! The best of it is that the recipient was very surprised.

Romantic Restaurant on the East Rand
Food are always very fresh and divine. Atmosphere always pleasant and Management and Staff always very friendly and helpful. I can surely recommend Spur Steak Ranch Birchwood, to anyone. You will not be disappointed. Keep up the good work!

UNSATISFACTORY INSTALLATION
I had an automated garage door installed by Adams Doors. The work wasn't done very professionally. Me and my son both phoned them and complained about the workmanship. They send out a team to come and investigate and ever since we've heard nothing from them again. We've requested the Marketing Manager to come and have a look, but still nothing happened.

Excellent Service from Capital Legacy
I just want to thank Capital Legacy especially Diren Pillay and Arona Taljaard for the excellent service they gave me with the estate of my late husband. If it were not for Diren and Arona it would have take me ages to finalise the estate of my late husband. I highly recommend Capital Legacy to anybody.

UIF NOT RECEIVED
My daughter gave birth to a baby boy in September 2015. We've send all documents to James and he even come and collected his fee of R700,00. Up to date my daughter have not received her UIF money. I've contacted him and he said that I must please send her details via sms to him and he will follow up with the UIF offices. To date we haven't heard from him and if you phone him he just don't answer his phone.

SMS's TO WRONG PERSON
Since last year my husband keep on getting sms's for a Ms Jonck who does not pay her depts. No matter how many times we have phoned them and told them that we don't know a Ms Jonck they just keep on sending sms's to his phone for TV licence that is in arrears and an Absa loan that is in arrears not to mention the other accounts that is in arrears. They promise everytime they will remove his name from the database but it just never happens.
