<div>On 13/42021 i receiced a sms from Norlam that states i owe RCS R80000 .I send a mail to RCS and phone the nr 0110178620 and nr LR 070910 and this is bull.No respons from RCS because i was under administration and everything was paid up.Want to see who opened and signed every purchase.Bad attorneys!!!</div>

I have been paying my account with Norton attorneys for a few months now. Problem is they are not forwarding any statements to me let alone updating my payment on the credit bureau. It frustrating. I don't even know my outstanding amount now

Thank you Phindy for everything, I am where I am because of your great advice, constant calls and making sure my account is up to date in order for me to settle in time. I have never dealt with such sincere and compassionate company of attorneys. I am greatful for your great service!

This morning Siahaad Galiel contacted me at work, which I do not have problem with. He was doing his work. My problem with him was that he did not ask is this a convenient time for me to talk, he did not hear in my tone of voice that I cannot talk. Surely he should've had the decency to ask if I can talk. Yes, I even told him that I have a lawyers letter stating why I cannot make payment at this time. When I explained this to him, he kept going on about when I am making payment. Several times a consultant from this firm contacted and I asked them to please contact me during lunch or after work, but they don't so who is at fault here. Siahaad, you have lost your humanity when you spoke to me this morning, I hope that your realise that. I am an understanding person, why did you have to persist. I sit in an open office space so everyone had to hear our conversation. So please Norton Attorneys, teach your consultants manners and to first ask if it is a convenient time to phone. We might owe money but we are human beings.

Their calling system is shockingly bad. I received at least 7 calls from them today which, when answered, hangs up on you with a beep. I think they call this harassment? It's a regular occurrence.

I have received a call from one of the Norton Attorneys consultant on the 13 -09-2018, it was a lady and she said if I pay R550 I will settle my Account by December 2018 and the remaining amount that I need to pay is R2200 . Then I received a call today and they telling me that I need to pay R2000 again, and I explained to the lady called lindiwe that I have received call saying that by December 2018 I will be settling my Acc and now they want me to pay another R2000. Lindiwe said the person that called me previously did not explain everything. How is it my problem that the lady that I spoke to didn’t give me the correct information because to my knowledge I am done paying the Norton Attorneys in respect of Markhams Acc . This is not fair

Please will you get your facts straight and correct details before you call people and make false accusation. Got a call from one of you guys saying I owe money on my MTN account I don't even use your useless network or even have contract with you'll and then they tell. Me I must got to the police station to to get an affidavit cos u guys don't have the correct person or I will. Be blacklisted. You guys seems like fraud from my side as this was the first call I have gotten in my life.do not harrass the incorrect people and then have the odasity to say well if u don't go to the police station u going to be blacklisted. Idiots

I HAVE TO SAY I AM DISGUSTED WITH THE SERVICE JUST RECEIVED, YOUR PEOPLE ARE INCOMPETENT. I WAS CONTACTED BY VICTOR THE OTHER DAY REGARDING THE SETTLEMENT OF MY ACCOUNT. WE AGREED THAT ON THE DAY I WILL PAY R600 AND THE REST I WILL PAY ON THE 25TH OF JULY, HE AGREED TO THAT AND HE THAN SEND ME AN SMS ON THE 18TH OF JULY AT 14:18 THAT READ "Confirmation of settlement arrangement re SBSA Cheque/Loans Acc. The payment of R1097.24 IS DUE ON THE 2018/07/31. FIRSTLY THAT WAS NOT THE AGREEMENT VICTOR AND I MADE. ON THE VERY SAME DAY I PAID R700 THE BALANCE WAS -R397.24 AND THAN ON THE 25TH I PAID R400 AND I GOT AN SMS STATING THAT I STILL OWE -R16.17. TODAY I WENT TO THE BANK TRYING TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AND I WAS TOLD THAT I MUST THE OUTSTANDING BALANCE, I THAN DEPOSITED R20 INTO THE ACCOUNT, AND WENT BACK TO THE BRANCH AND THEN I WAS TOLD THEY CANT CLOSE MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE THE ACCOUNT WAS HANDED OVER . WE CALLED YOUR COMPANY AND SPOKE TO A GIRL WHOP REFEREED THE CALL TO THABO WHO TOLD ME THERE IS NOTHING HE CAN DO FOR ME TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT. WHAT FRUSTRATES ME IS THAT VICTOR SAID ONCE THE ACCOUNT IS PAID UP I MUST GO TO ANY BRANCH TO CLOSE THE ACCOUNT AND TO GET A PAID UP LETTER, WELL THIS WAS NOT THE CASE, VICTOR GAVE ME ALL THE WRONG INFORMATION. ALTHOUGH I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CLOSE THIS DAMN ACCOUNT WITH NO SUCCESS, AND THE ACCOUNT IS JUST INCURRING MORE CHARGES AND YOU GUYS ARE JUST AS GUILTY FOR THIS AND FOR SCAMMING PEOPLE AND RIPPING PEOPLE OFF LIKE STANDARD BANK IS. I WANT THIS DAMN ACCOUNT CLOSED AND I NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CHARGES ON THIS ACCOUNT, BECUASE YOUR SYSTEM DID NOT ALLOW ME TO CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT.
