This morning Siahaad Galiel contacted me at work, which I do not have problem with. He was doing his work. My problem with him was that he did not ask is this a convenient time for me to talk, he did not hear in my tone of voice that I cannot talk. Surely he should've had the decency to ask if I can talk. Yes, I even told him that I have a lawyers letter stating why I cannot make payment at this time. When I explained this to him, he kept going on about when I am making payment. Several times a consultant from this firm contacted and I asked them to please contact me during lunch or after work, but they don't so who is at fault here. Siahaad, you have lost your humanity when you spoke to me this morning, I hope that your realise that. I am an understanding person, why did you have to persist. I sit in an open office space so everyone had to hear our conversation. So please Norton Attorneys, teach your consultants manners and to first ask if it is a convenient time to phone. We might owe money but we are human beings.
A consultant contacted me early September to join the amazing package for spa treatments at Moi Mooi. It sounded legit and real. They deducted the payment of R200 for registration fee and then the R399. The deductions took effect at the end of September 2017. The consultant was Yumna, I feel the need to share the name as people need to be on the lookout for this lady. She promised to send me the login details as soon as possible. I am still waiting. As the holidays are approaching I decided to contact Moi Mooi via telephone to ask to get my login details as I am a paying customer. I spoke to Michelle and the IT lady and the promised to send me the details on the 6th of Decemeber 2017 with no email coming through to me. I contacted them again on the 7th and they promised to send it as soon as possible. This was definitely not happening. I logged a dispute as I saw on my bank statement that they deducted a R399 twice, all my payments as from September was paid on time. I am tired of these people, if any of them are reading this they should not dare contact me if they don't get their payment end of December 2017. I am in the process of blocking their debit order that comes through every month.
