I am not a happy client currently, I have been with FNB for years and decline any bank offer from other banks to join them but should anyone approach me today I would not think twice. I contacted my team of bankers via my FNB app chat and WOW I am still shocked. Waaarreee baaaad service agents dont know how to resolve queries and as for Mahlodi in the card division she needs proper training, the girl is clueless when it comes to customer service. Being transfered from pillar to post just for an enquiry and advise is worst than ever.....I am sooo disappointed that much I can say!

We ordered a triple decker pizza online today 28.06.2019 at 5:00pm nd only got the delivery now 8:15pm (already cooked). Pizza is soooo cold and even stick to the box, can't just take a slice and enjoy the below pastry is literally unremovable nd the whole pizza just falls apart when you trying to grab a slice. What a disappointment mncim. Protea Glen Debonairs is not providing the best of services shame, your sticker says cold pizza is free but mine was not free even though it was cold nd just miserable (Got pictures to show).

I am so frustrated, Direct axis is a trap and scam company. I had a loan with them and I have been sending e-mails requesting to settle the account and to receive my statement. They told me my account was handed over to MBD and when I contacted MBD they said the account is with DA, so I have been going back and forth for months now. Logged a complain with the Ombudsman already and they have logged my complain after I submitted all the required information. This loan blocks me in everything, can't get a house, can't rent just can't do nothing. I wish they can be competent and give me the settlement figure so that we can go our different ways.
<p>My mum had a complain about her house and claimed with Nedbank who refused to pay the claim now the whole houses ceiling is falling. We called & e-mailed, we received a response saying they investigating till today no outcome and not even a courtesy call to tell us the progress of their investigation. I seriously wish my freinds and family will contact me before they get to do any business with Nedbank so I can notify them of how baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad their service is mncim!</p>
