This morning Siahaad Galiel contacted me at work, which I do not have problem with. He was doing his work.
My problem with him was that he did not ask is this a convenient time for me to talk, he did not hear in my tone of voice that I cannot talk. Surely he should've had the decency to ask if I can talk.
Yes, I even told him that I have a lawyers letter stating why I cannot make payment at this time. When I explained this to him, he kept going on about when I am making payment.
Several times a consultant from this firm contacted and I asked them to please contact me during lunch or after work, but they don't so who is at fault here.
Siahaad, you have lost your humanity when you spoke to me this morning, I hope that your realise that. I am an understanding person, why did you have to persist. I sit in an open office space so everyone had to hear our conversation.
So please Norton Attorneys, teach your consultants manners and to first ask if it is a convenient time to phone.
We might owe money but we are human beings.
