In January, I received my policy, and a couple of weeks later the my premiums were escalated without my knowledge. I am sending countless emails to have this matter resolved. They just rip you off. I am not even a high-risk client, but the premiums are crazy, and they keep on escalating. They penalize you for claiming, so there is no comfort in having discovery insurance.
I hate debt busters. I have no business with them but yet they are flooding my email phone with messages. I have requested them to remove me from their mailing list, and the Noma said she would remove me, but till today they have been harassing me. PLEASE REMOVE ME FROM YOUR MAILING LIST DAMN
Nothing has been done yet ,still no payment or statement, 6 weeks later. THEY CAN EVEN PROVIDE a statement OF MY ACCOUNT. WHEN YOU CALL, IT TAKES 20MINUTES TO GET TO AN AGENT. THIS PLACE IS REFUSING TO PAY OUT MAYBE THEY HAVE FINANCIAL DIFFICULTIES
I HAVE TO SAY THE REVIEWS ON SOCIAL MEDIA IS TRUE. IT HAS BEEN 4 WEEKS NOW BEING TOLD THE SAME STORY. THE SYSTEM MUST CREAT A VESTING POT EVERY WEEK, THE SAME EXCUSE. THE CONSULTANTS ARE RUDE AND CLUELESS. THEY DROP THE CALL IN MY EARS EVERY TIME A CALL, AND EVERY TIME YOU CALL WAITING TIME IS AT LEAST 20 MINUTES. MONDAY I RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM ISLE KLEYNHANS CONFIRMING THAT MY CLAIM WAS PAID., I REQUESTED FOR STATEMENT, WHICH I AM STILL WAITING FOR. BY LAW, THEY ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE ME WITH A STATEMENT, WHICH I AM STILL WAITING FOR. SHE SAID I WAS PAID ON THE 5TH OF MAY 2025, TODAY, 08 Ma,y STILL NOTHING. AND YESTERDAY SENDING COUNTLESS EMAILS, SHE CAME BACK WITH THE SAME EXCUSE, SAYING THE SYSTEM MUST STILL CREATE A POT, BUT AFTER SHE CONFIRMED ON EMAIL THAT THEY PAID MY CLAIM. I AM HORRIFIED BY THE TREATMENT AND POOR SERVICE. WHEN YOU CALL, YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SPEAK TO ANY MANAGER. THEY SHAF YOU FROM PILLAR TO POST. OM IS HORRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH, THE PEOPLE THEY DONT CARE
The worst tracking service ever, they take your money without delivering on their promises and this puts them in breach of the contract. I have 2 units with 1 Netstar plus this units have been replaced over 4 time and 3 times already this year. this latest unit come with a panic button, I have been pressing this button for the past few weeks trying to test it I would and hold 1, 2,3 ,4,5,6,7 seconds on every occasion i press it because sometimes they say you must hold the button for at least 6 seconds. Or a press and hold until the lights flashes on the panic button, I have not received any response or calls from **** company. I posted a numerous posts on their Facebook page my last post was never attended too. They are worst company to dela with The other unit is a early warning unit. The panic button also does not work I have also being pressing it with no response. The worst part the early warning is not working because sometimes I drive the car without the tag in the car they also fail to pick this up, so in essence my cars are not safe or protected by Netstar what am I paying for when the agreed services are not being rendered. The netstar in a nutshell is useless they provide unreliable information on their mobiles app which will make you panic. The car can be parked but the app even after 3 hours will stay say car is moving at 100km/h. DONT SIGN UP WITH THEM THEY ARE USELESS AND EXPENSIVE
took out contract yesterday at 9am all was concluded in 15 minutes. One of my conditions was I needed tracker fitted 15/01/24. The agent said I would receive a call as soon as I conclude the contract that was done. Afterwards a received a call from the another agent from Cartrack and requested my address I gave to him, and he said that the branch will get in touch with me, I said thank you. He than called me again offering me insurance, I said to him I told the 1st agent that I don't want to be contacted for anything other than the tracking unit, he got angry and dropped the phone in my ear. That how rude these agents are. 4 hours went by no call, I than used my money to call cartrack, only to pushed from pillar to post and eventually some said they can only install the unit today, and I said this was not good enough, why was I not told of this earlier, so modus operande is sign you than they just leave you in limbo. the service is horrible. I am disgusted and would not recommend this business to anyone. I requested my contract to cancelled immediately, the lady from customer service who helped refused to send me reference number nor a confirmation email that my contract has been cancelled. This service appalling and disgusting. FOR THAT MATTER THEY DID NOT EVEN SEND ME MY CONTRACT ON EMAIL AFTER IT WAS ACTIVATED.
RMB/ FNB is really useless in protecting you against ******* transactions. I have been complaining since January this year with no refund of solution..there is company called nedmym and NRLVBND debit ting my account since December last year. All th3 consultants can tell I must dispute the transactions on my mobile app which I have done with no refund. Why the he!! Iam paying so much banking charges with no help at all from RMB Private banking. I am de*****ed while th4 bank is smiling in bank charges I want my money back all of it. All they say cancel your card and get a virtual card what about my money
Hi Alicia, I have just had an interesting call from Mr. Revlon Chauke, regarding the self-certification for my child Ashley Lesedi Smith. I have received over 20 notifications on email and SMS for documents I have signed and sent back 3 times, and the notification has not stopped. And every time I receive these notifications I would forward them to my banker who also could not explain what the issue was. All I was told was the wrong documents were signed, and even your email from your department could not explain why, 3 months down the line did I get an explanation from Revlon today that there are 2 questions that are identically the same and I must refill the documents in again for the 4th time. This has led me to fight with my banker and actually close my RMB account because of this and as we speak the account is been downgraded because of this incompetence of your department. I am very angry about this and I going to take this to FNB management, Twitter, and Hellopeter. Currently, my account is been downgraded to a different package and no one has bothered to call to explain the package and financial implication that I should be paying, but no one has taken the time to explain what package will I be on. Last week friday i was called by a lady who apologized for this but this matter is still unresolved. What FNB is doing is against the financial laws of this country I would like to have a comprehensive explanation why this happened
IAM REALLY TIRED OF THE YEARS I HAVE BEEN WITH RMB I HAVE HAD OVER 4 BANKERS. MY LAST BANKER ANDREA AND I HAD TO DRIVE TO SANDTON BECAUSE SHE WAS NEVER AVAILABLE AND RUDE. I DEMANDED TO SE HER MANAGER AND THABANG CAME AND APOLOGIZED AND I WAS INTRODUCED TO WANDILE WHO SEEM TO ONLY WANT TO DEAL WITH WITH MY EX-WIFE. HE DOES NOT RESPOND TO CALLS AND EMAILS FOR MONTHS NOW. I THEN REFERRED MY COMPLAINTS TO THANBANG WHO DOES SELECTIVE RESPONDING. I G@TVOL OF THIS **** SERVICE JEEPING IN MIND THE BANK CHARGES I PAY. I WANT TO MOVE MY ACCOUNT BACK TO THE NORMAL FNB THE RMB HAS NO BENEFIT TO ME BUT TO THE BOTTOM LINE OF RMB. Not so long ago I complained been harassed by Woolies with emails and SMS's to open a store card. When I tried to open it after sitting for 20 minutes with the consultant just to be told that my account of 5 years ago that I closed is still active on their side did not allow me to open another account. The account in question has been dormant for over 7 years. After all, the harassed emails and SMS's I decided to open an account with them but due to their incompetency, I could not. Then I wrote a complaint on Hello Peter about this harassment a lady called me and apologized and I asked her if I consider opening the account what is required and she said I must start the entire process, meaning submitting 3 months bank statement, etc, and my response was I am not about that life, I don't need to have Wollies Card I can live without it, then my only request kindly remove my emails and my number from your marketing department she agreed but I get daily emails and SMS's WHICH IS A POPIA CONTRAVENTION
