Good afternoon Joined Mdalisu last year September and my last payment was January 15 this year. Ever since my last payment I have not recieved any correspondance from the company and my case has not been resolved.
Signed up in September 2021. Have been paying ever since. They were very friendly while still convincing me to sign up but all changed after signing up. Month after month, I'm struggling to get feedback on my debt review. They are very quick to debit yet fail to keep me updated. I'm supposed to be done with the process next month as per our initial conversation but i doubt it.
I have a problem with Mdalisu Petermaritzburg. I joined them in September and their first deduction was in October 2021. Problem is from then, I'm not getting any feedback from them. I have paid for two months worth of services but not getting any feedback from the company
I have a problem with my DSTV. I am subscribed to DSTV compact and for over a month now most of my channels are not working. I've called and emailed MultiChoice but no change. It's strange because the channels that are not working are the ones that I normally watch like, (134, 157, 155, 161, 302, 174, 308, 126, 166, 310, 326) only to mention a few. All the others are working fine. When I tune into these channels it just says no signal. I tried rebooting as well as resetting. Rebooting does not help at all and resetting only helps retrieve 161 for about 20 minutes then I get the no signal message again. I am honestly tired of calling MultiChoice now because I tend to loose slot of airtime but still don't get the proper assistance. Last time I logged a complaint in this platform my channels worked fine just that day and the following day I could not tune into them. Yet I am expected to pay the full amount month end. This is daylight robbery
I am on compact and for the past week I have a number of channels that are not working. I simply get an error message pertaining to no signal. My concern is that some channels are working but the ones we usually watch such as 161, 135, 155, 174, 302, 301, 157 (only to mention a few) are just not working but I will have to pay the full amount
Still waiting for my maternity bag. Gave birth in February this year but no bag. Called and was told it could not be delivered because my cellphone number was incorrectly captured. Corrected it and was promised the bag in the next 48 hours. Waited but nothing. Called again. Was told bag was delivered in December, don't know how as my number was incorrectly captured. Told matter was being investigated. Had to wait again. Finally was told the bag was going to be delivered. Waited for over a month but nothing. Called again and I am back to square one, I'm being told the bag was delivered in December. When I deny receiving the bag again they are investigating and I am still waiting. This is really irritating. I know after today I will once again get a call telling me about December for the fourth time and telling me about investigating. It seems these people that call are not serious, they are not updating anything cause everytime I contact them it's like it's the first they've heard of my problem.
Not getting my maternity bag and baby is almost 3 months now. After countless reviews and phone calls last month I was promised my bag but still nothing. I don't know what to do anymore. Gems has really broke my heart. I spend loads of airtime calling only to be given empty promises
Still waiting for my maternity bag. My baby is now six weeks and I have not recieved it. On the previous post they claimed that they had replied privately and that was a lie cause I have not recieved any correspondence from them
I'm a gems member. I registered for the maternity programme last year November but till today I have not received my maternity bag. I've sent countless emails as well as called but only promises and no bag. The baby is now 6 weeks but still no bag
