Ordered two plants of Hydrangea paniculata - healthy plants received, currently growing well and will soon be transplanted out into the garden

Ordered seven plants of Hydrangea arborescens 'Annabelle’ - Received weak plants with yellow leaves, probably due to lack of sun. The plants were drooping and limp, probably due to plants being underpotted and the exposed roots dried out when couriered.

Contacted the nursery - offered, if needed, to repurchase @R180/plant if they could delay the courier until the plants were stronger. 1st email acknowledged and thereafter ghosted. R1,260 entirely wasted.
