They have the worst online return services...as an online shopper this is really a lot..Just as terrible as makro...my return was collected on the 28 reached the warehouse signed by sindi on the 30th...I have called in twice. They hire inexperienced call center agents who really just care about the stats with a different non relevant response..I sent an email..ntn..im still waiting g for my refund..coming from a supply chain background with high demand sla..this is really trashy customer service...
