I bought shoes for a baby In Feb a week later discovered they didn't fit, logged a return till today I still have not been refunded. It's been a horrendus experience. It's the last time I'm buying online 🤢

i bought gym wear last month on the 13 of march 2026 ,i had to return the clothes due to the ridiculous sizing and to this day i am still waiting for my refund .when i enquire they tell me they have sent the refund to original payment method knowing very well they didnt 'bank' the refund on their end .so if you say you sent the refund then where is it ??why havent i received IT 27 days later??

I have been trying to return a pair of sneakers for the last week, counting the grains of rice in a packet is probably easier. I'm so disappointed because I wanted to buy a bigger size of the same shoe I'm having second thoughts.

I ordered clothes from you and am still waiting because your USELESS Courier DPD Laser hasn't delivered yet. My parcel is sitting at their JHB warehouse. Useless bunch of money chasers who do not care about customer service. I am so annoyed!

They have the worst online return services...as an online shopper this is really a lot..Just as terrible as makro...my return was collected on the 28 reached the warehouse signed by sindi on the 30th...I have called in twice. They hire inexperienced call center agents who really just care about the stats with a different non relevant response..I sent an email..ntn..im still waiting g for my refund..coming from a supply chain background with high demand sla..this is really trashy customer service...

I didn’t get my order when I was supposed to, called the call center not helpful at all in assisting. Rated my experience on the Adidas website and the bad review was removed!! I don’t know why Adidas asks for reviews when they would rather mislead customers by not posting the bad ones.

My sister-in-law ordered stuff from adidas and it was supposed to be delivered by this company. since it was shipped from the 09th of July 2025 until now we haven't received our parcel. AZA03478934

Return logged for order AZA03265312 on 19 June, 34 days ago. The items are still not collected. Called in multiple times and had numerous communication via emails. All i am told is they escalated to the courier and give it some time for it to be collected. 34 days later and i should still just give it some time. Absolutely ********** customer service from such a global brand!
