Bad experience rated and review removed from Website
I didn’t get my order when I was supposed to, called the call center not helpful at all in assisting. Rated my experience on the Adidas website and the bad review was removed!! I don’t know why Adidas asks for reviews when they would rather mislead customers by not posting the bad ones.

Shocking Manager at Big Blue Mall of Africa
Big Blue- Mall of Africa I went to return a shirt today for a refund, the store manager James then stated that they do not give refunds on previous returned items only a voucher? Firstly there is no mention of that on the back of the slip and secondly it is in conflict to the Consumer Protection Act. I then had to phone head office, who approved the refund. Of course the Store manager seemed to be displeased with the outcome and started being rude to me, when I asked him to stop being rude he started screaming at me and accusing me of being rude. Totally disgusted!!! Will definitely never step foot in that store again!!! All that to return a T-shirt.
