Big Blue Online
I am very happy with my online experiences with Big Blue, I don't frequently order goods online due to it often being a hassle when it comes to the delivery, but I have used their platform twice and both times the order game quickly with no split deliveries like some other online retailers often do. Love seeing locally made on the wash cares.

Big Blue has got to be the most beautiful and innovative clothing and accessories store I have visited lately. Not only is the quality of the clothing and accessories world class, they are trendy and truly encapsulate the colours and creativity of SA. They also have a wide range of gimmicky gadgets and gifting options that are very different and very quirky. Well done Big Blue. I will continue shopping at your stores and am always excited to see what’s new.

I just passed by Big Blue The Grove Mall, the assistant didn't even bother to check if I'm interested in anything( the store was empty) then came a white couple,they received a warm welcome

Big Blue sizes are not as advertised!
I spent a large amount of money buying t-shirts that were meant to be size 3XL. None of them were. I think they are probably XL at best and don't even come close to being the size advertised. I have compared them with other shirts I have from Nike, Woolworths, Ecko and Eagle clothing and they do not even come close. This was most disappointing ... and a waste of money.

Big Blue sizes are not as advertised!

Big Blue Online stole my money
I bought a jacket on Big Blue Online 2 weeks ago. They contacted me the next day to say that the jacket should never have been online as it is out of stock. They asked me if I would like to purchase something else. I declined and said that I would prefer a refund. Two weeks down the line and I have not received my refund. They have violated the Consumer Protection Act by advertising an item that they did not have stock of and secondly, have ********ly held on to my money for an unreasonable period. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM BIG BLUE ONLINE!!! THEY WILL ***** YOUR MONEY!!!

Big Blue Online stole my money

Unwelcoming Experience at Kalk Bay Store: A Disappointing Interaction, But Great Service from Nosiphe
My experience at Kalk Bay was not very welcoming! Aaliyah, I was simply in the store to collect my replacement dress, and yes, I made an additional purchase. There was no need to look at me as if I didn't belong. Friendly client/customer service never hurt anyone. Five stars for Nosiphe, the smiley, helpful assistant – thank you!

READ OR ASK ABOUT A RETURN POLICY BEFORE YOU BUY!!!!
I am quote busy and dont always have time to get to a Big Blue store. I bought a dress, and didnt wear it, and returned it before 30 days. So i got here at Big Blue Clearwater mall, and the lady said she can only issue a voucher as 14 days have expired for a return. But when I bought it, no sales person told me if I am not happy and want a refund to return it within 14 days. I was so upset. So I am just notifying those who dont know,....AT BIG BLUE, IF YOU WANT TO RETURN SOMETHING, MAKE SURE ITS WITHIN 14 DAYS! 🤦🏽♀️ I WILL DEFNITELY NOT SHOP HERE AGAIN AFTER I USED MY VOUCHER.
