I went to Silverton Spar an hour ago. THE SHOCK OF MY LIFEπππ I made a mistake with a 2 chocolate for R36 special whereby I took two different brands without noticing until I got to the till. I asked for exchange they said it's not possible then later said they have to call the owner but it's gonna take long. I told them it's okay I'll wait.... they then said they can't. I asked for my refund,they said it's not possible! I asked dthem to show me the refund policy,it's nowhere to be seen. I feel sorry for those employees because the other lady gave me my R14 shortfall from her pocket,probably from her transport fares. What kind of WORK ETHIC did I get exposed to??? I can't stop thinking about those sad employees because they are honestly trying to survive
I just passed by Big Blue The Grove Mall, the assistant didn't even bother to check if I'm interested in anything( the store was empty) then came a white couple,they received a warm welcome
No hot water at the chalets. When you report it they act shocked even though they know it's a serious problem. I got hurt on the water slide and I'm not the 1st person to experience that but they don't put a warning sign about it, on top of that they do not have emergency kit for those kind of emergencies. As I'm typing my hand is swollen with bruises. Book at your own risk
If it was possible, I would've rated them 0. It's 2 months now without electricity to such extent that we had to physically visit their Welwedaghct office today the 14th of June. They said they'll follow us with the service car. It's almost 2pm but there's no communication at all
I ordered groceries on Makro Online on the 29th April. Then it was handed to the above-mentioned company which failed me dismally. I only found out after enquiring about the whereabouts of my order that it was packed in Nelspruit, I don't know how. Then it was delivered to Burgersfort, Limpopo instead of Burgersfort street in Pretoria. They only called on the 6th of May that my order is in Limpopo. I did receive it on the 7th of May but a packet of chips is open with chips all over the box
I bought 4 items online November which were supposed to be delivered on the 13th December 2022. I got a refund for two items mid December. Unfortunately, the courier got hijacked so I couldn't get the other two items. I sent proof to Adidas that they were not delivered but they insist they got delivered.I need my refund!!!
