I ordered clothes from you and am still waiting because your USELESS Courier DPD Laser hasn't delivered yet. My parcel is sitting at their JHB warehouse. Useless bunch of money chasers who do not care about customer service. I am so annoyed!

Capitec allowed a hacker to take money from my account without my authority. Usually an approval message is sent to my phone for any payment, but this time it was not sent but the payment went through anyway. They refunded me but later came back to credit my account with that amount. What a bunch of ******!!

Worst Insurance Company ever! I mean ever! My brother-in-law's car was damaged by hail late last year (2022), and iWYZE refuses to pay. They are telling him to take the car in for repairs in JUNE 2023? What nonsense is that? To top it all, they say he must bring back the hired car he is supposed to use until his car is fixed (which he only got a few days ago by the way). I do not recommend iWYZE at all. It should be renamed 'iCHEAT'.
The service level at Standard Bank is beyond repulsive! I applied for a home loan on the 11th October and no status/feedback was provided to me. I called several times to follow-up and each time was told someone is working on it. Today, 2 weeks later (and the Offer to purchase has expired too) I called again to be told that the application was declined. That is OK, but someone should have had the audacity to pick up the phone and notify me, at least send an email or an SMS. I sent countless emails to an Amon Mabunda & Nadia O'Reilly (the people I sent supporting documents to) without a response. Whether an application is successful or not it is common courtesy to notify the applicant in order to keep them updated or give them closure in the case where the application is/was unsuccessful.
I settled my account in Jan already, but you guys refuse to remove the loan from the credit bureaus. It still reflects as outstanding after all these months. It is a shame that a company such as yours acts so unprofessionally.
I paid the balance of the loan i had with Finchoice in January 2021, but it still reflects as owing on the credit bureaus. Do yourself a favour and not approach Finchoice for a loan! After multiple calls and emails no one bothers to do anything. Vultures!!
****** cheats! I saw a blanket combo deal online, going for R699, consisting of 2 blankets. I placed an order, paid but to my horror only one blanket was delivered. What the hell does a combo deal mean to you idiots? Do you trick your customers this way? This is the freaking last time i order from you *****s. Honor your deal for Heaven's sake.
