My course was a 4 months short course but it took me 8 months to finish it
My course was a 4 months short course but it took me 8 months to finish it. I wouldn't be done by now if IQ was not sending some encouragement sms or email. They encouraged me a lot through emails,sms and I thank you IQ for that.

Terrible
Very poor service. Emails go unanswered, calls are pointless - you’ll be kept on hold until you give up. I definitely regret insuring my iPad with this company. Still no feedback on my claim.

Terrible
Very poor service. Emails go unanswered, calls are pointless - you’ll be kept on hold until you give up. I definitely regret insuring my iPad with this company. Still no feedback on my claim.

Good day Hope you well I am hoping you can assist with solving my issue with my insurance (Admin Plus) I have been insured with them for the past 2 years, always paid my premiums on time, On the 19 January 2024 I lost my phone, they refused to payout and rejected my claims ,they advised that the terms and conditions have changed from the time I took up the cover I was still told it's a comprehensive cover, so I don't understand why have they changed the definition I sent a message to the complaints department there was no kind of feedback I ended up reversing my debit order since the matter wasn't resolved They later sent an email stating that they have canceled my policy And they will not be refunded all my premiums paid

Cellphone insurance
I have been using this company for my cellphone insurances through Telkom, wow they have assisted me once in the past, and all their processes were speedy and the communication was just so up to date. Every second day they update you on the proceedings, j am currently awaiting a replacement cellphone from them now, I am so impressed with their service. I highly recommend Administration Plus for cellphone insurance.
