Dear Hello Peter Team,
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding MTN ADMYNTEC SERVICES.
I cancelled my contract with them in November 2025. Despite this, they debited my account again at the end of January 2026. Since then, I have repeatedly contacted them requesting a refund, but I have been given the runaround and made to wait endlessly, with no resolution to date.
This continued delay is unacceptable. I request that Hello Peter intervene and assist in ensuring that I receive a full refund Thank you for your urgent attention.
