Admyt validation limitation

Misleading. I parked in area with 90 minutes free parking if you use the cashier slips bar code at the pay booth. I could not get the app to accept the scan of the cashier slips code so left and was charged. I had to email admyt and ask for why this happened. They responded promptly and did give me a credit. BUT I was amazed at the response. Surely I dont have to the customer service desk to scan the admyt code??? Why have the app?

Note that the till slip barcodes are not linked to the admyt system just yet! We've made an exception and have credited your admyt wallet but please be sure to scan the available admyt QR code with your app next time.
