I was double charged by Admyt They claimed my original payment didn’t go through, yet the money was clearly deducted from my bank account. Nineteen days later, they debited me again for the same payment. I submitted bank statements proving the double deduction. Instead of resolving it, I was stuck dealing with Zendesk automation and generic responses. They eventually closed the ticket, saying there was no response from me, when I was waiting for their feedback. Very poor support and extremely frustrating experience. Check your bank statements carefully if you use this app.

In Sandton City exit onto Maude street, left hand boom does not work... This is crazy, delays everybody, the attendant does not know what to do. You have to wait for everybody and then reverse and use the middle boom. Bad execution. The idea is ease, clearly 100% not achieved. But the sign states - Admyt, what a joke.

Misleading. I parked in area with 90 minutes free parking if you use the cashier slips bar code at the pay booth. I could not get the app to accept the scan of the cashier slips code so left and was charged. I had to email admyt and ask for why this happened. They responded promptly and did give me a credit. BUT I was amazed at the response. Surely I dont have to the customer service desk to scan the admyt code??? Why have the app? Note that the till slip barcodes are not linked to the admyt system just yet! We've made an exception and have credited your admyt wallet but please be sure to scan the available admyt QR code with your app next time.

I registered with this parking app thats suppose to make paying for parking easier. The system is suppose to recognize your vehicle registration nr at the entrance of a parkade (where they are active) and just open up the boom. Then when you leave Admyt automatically deducts the parking money from your account. This did NOT work and now I have three major issues with them: 1st - The boom gates didnt open up when i entered the shopping mall so we took parking tickets and had to pay like normal. Then to my disgust I saw about one week later that Admyt did indeed deduct money from my account for the parking, AND the amount was more than what we paid for the tickets!!! 2nd - The day I enrolled for the Admyt service I had to give them my debit card details. It was the only online transaction I made that day and week with this card. That very same day I received a message (that I only saw a week later) that a debit card transaction fee has been deducted and international *****ulent facebook payments started almost immediately. I had a total of about 2-3 *****ulant transaction per day for smal amounts. I only noticed it 5 days later because my bank didn't send me smses for these payments either. Coincidence? I dont think so for a few reasons 3d - When I tried to contact Admyt to get a refund and report the *****, they sent me to an AI bot. They basically hide behind automated responses. Its clear from the users experiences that they often get claims for refunds. It pops up a a frequently asked question. Regarding the *****, i then saw that their website privacy and terms of conditions specifically mention that they cannot be held accountable for ***** resulting from debit orders, I assume hacked etc, or linked to my account with them. This makes me wonder if they are aware their payments are unsafe. I do NOT trust Admyt at all. They show now secure payment system on their website and be aware that it could potentially result in *****. I am not saying Admyt stole my money. My bank is currently investigating the transactions. If Admyt is proved to be innocent I wil update this. Otherwise....

Admyt did not process a payment which meant I was in R11 in arrears. The website and the app would not allow me to top it up manually. Eventually the problem sorted itself out. I have emailed several times to ask what to do if it happens again and they keep copying & pasting that the arrears were cleared and next time to top up manually, ignoring my repeated report that the system WOULD NOT ALLOW A TOP-UP. When I joined Admyt years ago, we had access via a phone call to clear problems. There is no longer personal service when a customer has a problem.

Complained about Greenstone and Eastgate vehicle not recognised when entering parking. Communicated with the Admyt team and received prompt response. Greenstone now working as of today 19 June 25. Thank you for your quick response. It's really great when you receive quick communication/acknowledgement.
