I was double charged by Admyt They claimed my original payment didn’t go through, yet the money was clearly deducted from my bank account. Nineteen days later, they debited me again for the same payment. I submitted bank statements proving the double deduction. Instead of resolving it, I was stuck dealing with Zendesk automation and generic responses. They eventually closed the ticket, saying there was no response from me, when I was waiting for their feedback. Very poor support and extremely frustrating experience. Check your bank statements carefully if you use this app.
Company has a rogue strategy, they don’t have contact numbers listed anywhere so once you take the insurance you will find it impossible to cancel and the process is long, they catch you because you cannot cancel after 14 days and then refund is a nightmare, I’m have to keep on emailing for updates with no real feedback, even complaints team does not respond. I’m surprised by all the positive reviews but the truth is surfacing that you cannot contact them by phone and even in an emergency you must email and wait for the mercy of an agent to call you back it took them more than 3 days to contact me and it only came after i escalated. Don’t insure with pineapple insurance.
Plan number: 4001906483 Appointment to remove my DQ tracker from a car that I was replacing, but no one pitched and when I called I was told system issue and then arranged for the removal of the unit from the dealership. I made an appointment to install the unit in my new car for Monday 19 August 2022 and no one pitched again when I called to follow up on the 20 August the agent slammed the call on my face and no further update since then. I am now losing vitality points and status due this, please revert with resolutions.
Bought a drone and it arrived broken, returned the drone immediately and now they don’t want to refund me and keep on debiting my account. This company forgets it’s day one customers because they gone to big to care, takealot has better customer service and delivery times
This brand is not customer focused and will ***** you on technicalities, and customer support have a dont care attitude.
