THIS DAMN APP IS A HUGE PROBLEM, HOW THE HELL DO YOU DEDUCT THE MONEY FROM BOTH MY DAMN BANK ACCOUNTS AND THEN YOU SEND AN EMAIL TO SAY PAYMENT UNSUCCESSFUL, THEN YOU HAVE NO ****** CONTACT NUMBER SO THAT I CAN ACTUALLY SPEAK TO SOMEONE TO EXPLAIN THE ABOVE, INSTEAD I GET AN EMAIL RESPONSE TO ADVISE MY BANK SHOULD REVERSE THE MONEY AND THIS ACCOUNT IS IN ARREARS - NOW I WANT TO CANCEL THIS USELESS SERVICE BUT I ALSO CANNOT DO THIS? WHAT THE HELL DOES ONE DO TO GET RID OF THIS DAMN USELESS APP!!!!!!!!
I AM SO SICK AND TIRED OF EXCUSES, IT'S BEEN 5 MONTHS AND NO RESPONSE. I EVEN WENT AS FAR EMAILING JEREMY YATT, STILL NO RESPONSE...NOW I AM GETTING CALLS FROM MORTON AND PARTNERS AND MELOMED ADVISING ME THAT MY ACCOUNT WILL BE HANDED OVER. THIS SERVICE IS PATHETIC!!!
I AM SO DAMN ANGRY AND FRUSTRATED AT THIS MEDICAL AID, I HAVE ALREADY WRITTEN ABOUT MY BAD EXPERIENCE AND THIS JUST DOES NOT SEEM TO BE SOLVED. CALLING IN SEVERAL TIMES AND SPEAKING TO SEVERAL DIFFERENT CONSULTANTS WITH SEVERAL DIFFERENT ANSWERS? WHAT THE HELL MAN, DO YOU NOT WORK FOR THE SAME DAMN COMPANY? NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN WHEN YOU ON FLEXIFED SAVVY OPTION IT IS STRICTLY DIDGITAL AND I AM NOT ALLOWED TO SPEAK TO CONSULTANTS? HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO GET ANSWERS?
I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW WITH UTTER FRUSTRATION. DON'T EVEN BOTHER TO GET A CONSULTANT TO CONTACT ME AS SEVERAL OF THEM HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS, ON TOP OF IT THEY ALL HAVE DIFFERENT ANSWERS. I WANT TO KNOW FROM THE HIGHER LEVEL PEOPLE WHO MAKE THE DAMN DECISIONS? HAVE YOU EVER HEARD OF RESEARCH AND RISK ANALYSIS? 1. WHO ARE THE DAMN PEOPLE PROVIDING THE OPTIONS OF THE HOSPITAL NETWORKS? 2. HOW THE HELL ARE THEY CONDUCTING THEIR RESEARCH AND INFORMATION - BASED ON WHAT THE CLIENTS NEED? 3. WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING A HOSPITAL NETWORK LIST - DAY CARE SURGERY NETWORK LIST AND GUIDANCE TO WHICH HOSPITALS TO GO TO - ONLY TO GET THERE AND BE INFORMED THAT THE SERVICE PROVIDERS ARE NOT EVEN CONTRACTED TO THE DAMN FEDHEALTH MEDICAL SCHEME TO START WITH? 4. WHO GIVES PRODUCT TRAINING TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICES CONSULTANTS AND THE CLAIM / AUTHORISATION CONSULTANTS - CLEARLY THEY ALL HAVE VARIABLE EXPLANATIONS OF THEIR UNDERSTANDING THE PRODUCT - BECAUSE YOUR BROCHURE VS YOUR CONSULTANTS RESPONSE OR KNOWLEDGE VS CLAIM REJECTIONS VS COMMUNICATION ARE JUST ALL DIFFERENT? 5. PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME WHAT THE HELL YOU CONSIDER IS AN EMERGENCY, WHAT YOUR EXPECTATION FROM THE CLIENT IS BEFORE THEY CAN BE ASSISTED?
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME WHY THE HELL ESKOM IS ACTUALLY SUPPLYING THE CITY OF CAPE TOWN WITH ELECTRICITY - IF RESIDENTS THAT FALL IN CITY OF CAPE TOWN LOG REQUESTS ASSISTANCE IS GIVEN WITHIN 24-48 HOUR TAT. THEN YOU GET THE ACTUAL COMPANY ESKOM WHO ARE UNABLE TO ANSWER CALLS OR RESPOND WITH A TAT OR JUST GIVE A DAMN UPDATE ON PROGRESS OF OUTAGES THAT THEY ARE AWARE OF? WHY IS ESKOM NOT PRIVATIZED? INFACT THE HOLE OF ****** GOVERNMENT SHOULD BE PRIVATIZED ONLY THEN WILL THERE BE NO ****ING *******ION AND ACTUAL CONSEQUENCES FOR ERRORS BECAUSE WE AS SA CITIZENS ARE SUFFERING.
