Poor service

We have wifi for almost 2 months however the connection is bad that you can't even run a speed test. I have called adnotes and also sent emails. However the fault is still not rectified. Yet we paying for a service that one is not receiving I have asked to cancel but the lady on whatsapp would sometimes not return the call and come back with one word answers.
