Poor service
I’m extremely disappointed with Adnotes’ Wi-Fi service. The connection is unreliable, and I constantly have to message their support team about outages. Most of my texts go unanswered, which is unacceptable for a paid service. I’ve been faithfully paying for months yet receiving little to no support. After repeated issues and being ignored, I’ve decided to cancel my subscription. Poor service and zero accountability—definitely not recommended. The service went down on Friday 07//2028@ say 8 in the morning today is Monday 10/11/2025 and the service is still down which i have payed for and a month in advance.

Poor service
I’m extremely disappointed with Adnotes’ Wi-Fi service. The connection is unreliable, and I constantly have to message their support team about outages. Most of my texts go unanswered, which is unacceptable for a paid service. I’ve been faithfully paying for months yet receiving little to no support. ***** and unprofessional! Be very careful when dealing with this company. They’ve been dodging payment for over 6 weeks now — not just for the work I completed, but also for my UX designer. Despite multiple follow-ups, they’ve ignored messages and calls. Instead of settling what they owe, they had the nerve to send me a formal message demanding the return of a laptop — as if that’s more urgent than paying for work that has been done! This kind of behaviour is shady and unacceptable. If you’re a freelancer or service provider, protect yourself.

Poor service
We have wifi for almost 2 months however the connection is bad that you can't even run a speed test. I have called adnotes and also sent emails. However the fault is still not rectified. Yet we paying for a service that one is not receiving I have asked to cancel but the lady on whatsapp would sometimes not return the call and come back with one word answers.

Poor service

Adnotes ISP IS THE WORST
Its now been 4months still no salutations to internet fiber problems feedback issues as still non existing i even send a email stating that if they cant fix the issue it means they can not provides the services they promised so cancel my contract with no penalties so i can move to an ISP that actually knows what they are doing nothing they lock you in a contract then want to overcharge you when they cant deliver stay away from Adnotes

ADNOTES INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER AS BAD AS THEY COME
These people have tested me 2 weeks still no connectivity on my fiber absolutely no customer service if you dont call whatsapp email hammer on them they will not provide feedback empty promises. I have gone as far as givving a Technician access on my laptop so he can setup the router ect. But to no success i have no customer service number for them even now and when iam speakong to the consultant and reqeust a supervisor or supervisor cobtact number iam being ignored
