Poor service

I’m extremely disappointed with Adnotes’ Wi-Fi service. The connection is unreliable, and I constantly have to message their support team about outages. Most of my texts go unanswered, which is unacceptable for a paid service. I’ve been faithfully paying for months yet receiving little to no support. After repeated issues and being ignored, I’ve decided to cancel my subscription. Poor service and zero accountability—definitely not recommended. The service went down on Friday 07//2028@ say 8 in the morning today is Monday 10/11/2025 and the service is still down which i have payed for and a month in advance.
