Hi please note that I do not need a technician dispatched for installation for order OVR-210825-02129032. I do have Vuma installed and all lights are green I just need the Internet connected.
Please assist with the streama it’s not working it only shows “streama starting up” and doesn’t come on.
Another debit order went off , I was promised that a replacement device will be delivered last Friday. I have no working streama however debits keep going off. This is pure breach of contract. How are you debiting for a service you are not providing?
I am still waiting for my 2 debit order reversals and a new streama delivered for a swap. It’s now 1 month.
3 weeks still waiting for a working streama device to be delivered.
My ticket has been closed without a refund of unauthorised debit orders from Safebase and my replacement streama device not received. Kindly confirm whether this contract will be cancelled as the device is not working.

I have 2 debit orders of R149 from this company which I don’t even know. *****ulent debits on my account.
Wifi not working, called tech support no answer not even a month within installation
Amazing service from Dylon Anton technical support.As frustrated as I am her managed to keep me calm and provided alternative solutions to my fibre issue. Logged a ticket with Vuma which many consultants fail to do.Thank you and keep up the good work.
