I am so disappointed at the service am getting from ADT. I paid in full for the system for my home security on Monday night and filled in all the paper work required emailed everything thats same night. I requested for the installation to be done on Saturday due to my intense work schedule. It’s Thursday today no one has called me to make arrangements. The sales guy is not picking my calls or responding to my whats app. I have a life and things to plan and now what must happen? I moved everything with the intention of have the system installed this week end and I am getting Zero communication. When i call the center no one answers the phone. This is so disappointing from being disappointed by a contraced company of ADT to being disappointed by ADT its self. So many promises were but a simple communication can’t be maintained.
