I am so disappointed at the service am getting from ADT. I paid in full for the system for my home security on Monday night and filled in all the paper work required emailed everything thats same night. I requested for the installation to be done on Saturday due to my intense work schedule. It’s Thursday today no one has called me to make arrangements. The sales guy is not picking my calls or responding to my whats app. I have a life and things to plan and now what must happen? I moved everything with the intention of have the system installed this week end and I am getting Zero communication. When i call the center no one answers the phone. This is so disappointing from being disappointed by a contraced company of ADT to being disappointed by ADT its self. So many promises were but a simple communication can’t be maintained.
I am disappointed at the poor service from Sanlam. My monthly premium is around R2000 it increase to R2500 with no explanation. I contacted my advisor on the 03/11/25 to assist. He sent emails and called but up to date there hasn’t been any response which explains what happened. The most irritating part yesterday i got another email stating that a product which costs R511 has been approved? What product is that my advisor has no clue whats happening and all his emails are left unattended. Now am busy harassing him to give me answers that he doesn’t have. Why am i being made to pay for things i dont know and did request for? And why are my concerns not being attended to? So now in December i will be debited R3000 for things i don’t know? Whats going on Sanlam? If you can’t attend to your own advisors about our issues who should we contact because your call centers take forever to get through? Am really frustrated can someone give me answers.
Last year June i bought a Cadac heater at Game Kolonnade Pretoria. This year it started giving me problems where the flames would spill to the floor. And it just started buried from inside and the flame wouldn’t come out. That is extremely dangerous, i went to Game and I couldnt get a refund since the heater was bought on the 7th June 2024 and i returned it on the 20th June 2025. On the book it has a 2 year warranty. When the lady who was assisting me log the query the system rejected. She was kind enough to call Cadac on my behalf on the 23 June. They told her she must give me their number and they would help me. I called and they promised to replace the heater they took my details and address. On the 30th June i called to do a follow up they told me i was on their list and would get a delivery. Today th 4th July when we tried to do a follow up now they have no idea of whats going. And there is no list and clearly I was just being deceived. We called several times during the day and no one know of the list i was told i am on. Imagine in this cold? Now Cadac doesn’t want to take accountability for a faulty heater and Game can’t log it on the system for the Warranty now am stuck with a ticking time boom that I obviously cant use. What exactly must i do to get help? This is very frustrating at this point.
On the 12th of May i wrote to Sanlam requesting that I get allocated a ne broker to assist me with the policies i have with Sanlam i want to make adjustments to my funeral, life cover, pension and income protection. I was informed i should contact my previous one. I sent an email on the 14th informing Sanlam i dont want to be assisted by him because we had a big fight the previous time he helped me. I got a call on the 15th and i informed the guy of my story he promised to allocate me someone in my current area to assist me. To my surprise i get an sms say i will be contacting by the guy i specifically asked to be changed from. Same day i sent an email asking why?? Because all my emails were clear that i need someone else to help me. Today 19th am getting a call again from Sanlam and am told it will take me 2 months to be reallocate to someone else?? And unfortunately my profile was forwarded back to that guy i asked to be changed from! Now what must I do? I was clear and yet all my countless requests were over looked.
To say am disappointed is an understatement am actually frustrated at this point. I hired a car from Avis and retured it. I am suppose to get a refund of R3650. I noticed that i didnt see my balance increase by this amount. After communicating with Avis they even sent me a slip and indicated they informed the bank to unfreeze my money. When I communicate with the bank am told so many stories😡. First Avis didnt give the instruction to refund, 2nd Avis banked the amount its not suppose to show on my bank statement, but when i look at my statement there is no debit from Avis. I asked to get a statement where this amount is highlighted and i never got that. Mind you i am the fool who called Avis and even sent bank statement of something that not there. 3rd am told fill in a dispute form and am even told you may still not get the money !!! How?? So basically am being ****** by my bank! I can’t get any tangible information from you. You are *****ing my money live. And i even asked okay maybe it hasn’t appeared and its still to show and am told no. Can i please get my money back. And the worst par Am not getting clarity what is the mean of this? I want my money!!
Can some please explain to me how do I purchase a Double Door Fridge 555 litre last year 23 November 2023 at Hifi Corp and have completely no peace in my house!! This fridge is making the worse noise ever! I cant take it anymore! What the hell is wrong with your product? How can a new fridge make such noise? I am so disappointed in this product and I need answers! I thought Defy is a reputable company and with a good quality, little did I know its the worst mistake ever!!! I can’t believe this!! And when the fridge arrived, it was okay but now you can’t even be in the kitchen with out catching a headache!
I am extremely dissa with Sanlam, last year November I had someone from Sanlam review my policy and add a retirement. Tell me why am i also being debited for Tax free savingings!!! I never asked for that and the guy says he didnt add it meaning then Sanlam decided i need a tax free savings with out my request!! Why would you do that?? Am tried to call and was on hold for 33min till I dropped the phone. This is not right that’s ***** you dont just do as you please with someone’s account! I want my money back and cancel that tax free savings!!
Thee worst service ever!!! If you want stress, depression and anxiety order from coricraft I promised you it will be served to you.
I am beyond hurt and abused by coricraft! I bought my couch 18/11/23 cash it took them 8 weeks. I had to make endless calls where i was told different stories by everyone who would pick up. Their service is so poor. And am more hurt cause its not the first time i have made a purchase with coricraft. They 1st delivered my couch to East London mind you am now in Pretoria and the address was clear written there, i was told thats what made the delay. On the other hand i was told the couch would be ready end of January 😡😡. After fighting endlessly they delivered the couch on the 11/01/23. My excitement was quickly shattered by the delivery guys who gave me the worst service ever. From them threatening to leave with the couch even before attempting to fit it in though the sliding door. I spent over 15 minutes bagging them to please try. Till it got to a pound where they were telling me how hungry and tire they were, that trying to fit the couch in is not their job that they will leave with the couch i should go back to the store and ask for another one! Now that is when i lost it and asked them to take it with them. After that then the couch could fit the door. By then i was livid and told them to take it i dont want it! I went to then went to the store for a refund or another couch. The initial amount i paid was R23269, then i picked a different one which i was quoted R 19518. To day i am told i need to add +R1600. When my friend called them the money went down to R 169.20. When i call for a reference am told the money has increased is R450. What the hell!! I hate that shop with all my heart!!
